3. Without limiting the above, you may not use this secure payment service (without our written permission) to make any payment exceeding $1,000 that relates to:
(a) stamp duty;
(b) an amount payable to a court (including but not limited to filing fees);
(c) a visa application;
(d) purchase, settlement or other monies associated with purchase or sale of real estate, a business or other property;
(e) council rates;
(f) owner’s corporation levies;
(g) any other taxes, fees levies or charges;
(h) barrister’s/counsel’s fees;
(i) a judgment of a Court;
(j) amounts payable to settle or discharge a past, present or future liability (of you or us or of anyone else) to a third party, whether or not that liability is the subject of a court case.
4. The above applies to both payments in advance and to payments where we have already issued an invoice.
5. If you use this secure payment service contrary to the terms set out above, you will (in addition) pay us all fees and charges (including Merchant Service Fees etc) associated with the payment. (For example, American Express Merchant Service Fees are 3% of the amount remitted, and we will require you to pay these fees; we will also require you to pay all fees and charges associated with payment by Visa and MasterCard).
