Amy has almost completed her Applied Masters Degree majoring in Family Law.
Amy was admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in April 2009 and has chiefly practiced in the area of Family Law since that time. Prior to admission Amy worked as a paralegal in the areas of criminal and family law.
Amy has experience in dealing with the break-down of same sex relationships, marriages and other de facto relationships. Amy is a skilled negotiator and is always prepared to use alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve matters. If negotiation is unsuccessful she has sound litigation experience and can aptly represent clients in Court.
Amy assists clients who have both parenting and property issues including complex matters dealing with Trust and Company structures and the relocation of children.
Amy contributes articles to our website and works closely with our Accredited Specialist family lawyer, Gillian Wright.
