Erinna Carden was admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Since then she has practised primarily in family law, including matters concerning de-facto relationships and Children’s Court issues, property and parenting matters, and in criminal law, conveyancing and general litigation.  Whilst completing her tertiary studies, Erinna worked as a paralegal for a specialist family law firm in Wollongong. 
 
Erinna joined Craddock Murray Neumann in 2008.
 
Drawing on her skills in a variety of areas, including drafting agreements, advocacy work and dealing with clients, Erinna handles a wide range of family law matters at Craddock Murray Neumann. Her pragmatic and determined approach to resolving property and parenting disputes and her highly organised approach to preparing her matters – she has the cleanest desk in the office – ensures that her clients receive good advice and highly capable representation, whether that involves appearing in Court or resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution.
 
Erinna is friendly and her colleagues find her a pleasure to work with.
 
Erinna is a member of the Legal Aid Commission of NSW’s panel for both Family Law and Children’s Court proceedings and is approved by the Legal Aid Commission to represent children in criminal and care proceedings.
