Michael is an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law – one of only 31 lawyers to have achieved this qualification from the Law Society of NSW.
Michael also holds a Masters degree in law from Sydney University specialising in Administrative and Immigration Law. Michael has previously worked in a number of prominent Sydney CBD firms, gaining experience in contract law and commercial litigation.
Michael supports both small and large businesses, across a range of industries, managing the migration of their staff into Australia. Michael prepares visa and related applications on behalf of employers. He also provides advice on ways to retain foreign workers.
A number of visa options are often available to facilitate the migration of foreign employees. Michael takes the time to understand his client’s requirements before advising on the most appropriate migration pathway.
Businesses that intend to recruit foreign workers are subject to a range of complex obligations which change regularly. Penalties can be imposed on businesses that are found to have breached these obligations. Michael assists to ensure compliance with Australia’s migration laws.
