Dominic Wilson was admitted to practise as a Lawyer in 1980. Since then he has worked for a variety of Sydney law firms, all based in the CBD, and has wide experience in disputed wills and estates, estate planning, commercial law, criminal law, ICAC enquiries, employment law, commercial litigation, cases helping the victims of fraud, and negligence and loss cases – Dominic acted for the successful claimant in a landmark High Court case in which a well-established doctrine in the law of negligence was overturned.
Dominic has been a partner with Craddock Murray Neumann since 1991.
Dominic’s particular skill is in litigation – whether acting for those with a claim or those defending a claim - and he has developed an outstanding network of contacts, including leading Sydney barristers and experts from within a variety of fields.
Dominic’s experience allows him to quickly identify the relevant issues in a case, determine whether an argument is viable, and provide sound, relevant advice to the client. Although an expert in the Court room, he is also a tough negotiator and will use alternative dispute resolution procedures to settle a matter if it is in the best interests of the client.
